Import and understand Shopify orders

Revup imports eligible Shopify order activity and applies the active Purchase Sweepstakes rules.

Start the supported order import from the builder or connection setup. Initial and ongoing processing may continue in the background. Review the import status before assuming all historical orders are available.

For each qualifying order, Revup matches or creates a participant, records the order context, applies entry rules, and writes an entry ledger. The ledger explains the applied earning result and supports later reconciliation.

An order may remain unavailable briefly while Shopify data propagates. Retryable processing does not mean the customer is ineligible. Avoid manually adding replacement entries until the order has completed or a confirmed issue requires correction.

Use the participant’s purchase detail to compare order identity, amount, products, qualification rules, and entries. Do not expose another customer’s order information when investigating a support request.
