Invite users and manage permissions
Add teammates to an account and grant only the product permissions their role needs.
Open Account → Users, choose Invite, enter the teammate’s email and name, and select the appropriate role or permissions. The recipient must accept the invitation before using the account.
Permissions separately control viewing and editing account details, integrations, promotions, entries, winners, Audience, and other areas. Grant the least access needed, especially for winner claims, exports, integrations, billing, and destructive actions.
Review access when a teammate changes roles or leaves. Account owners retain broader authority than ordinary members.
