Add headings, instructions, and media to a form
Organize a form with headings, paragraphs, dividers, media, and banners that do not collect responses.
Add instructional fields
Layout fields explain and organize a form without collecting a participant response.
Add these fields from Form Fields, then drag them into position like response fields.
Build a clear hierarchy
Use a Heading when a new section needs a name. Use a Paragraph for the explanation beneath it. A Divider can reinforce a visual break, but it should not be the only indication that the subject changed.
Avoid making every heading equally large or turning routine instructions into banners. Reserve Warning and Error banners for information that genuinely needs immediate attention.
Add media
The Media field accepts an uploaded asset or a media URL. Adjust its displayed size and width while watching the builder preview. Add nearby text when the form would be confusing if the media failed to load, and avoid putting essential instructions only inside an image or video.
Review the complete form
Preview the form on desktop and mobile. Check heading order, text wrapping, divider placement, media sizing, banner emphasis, and color contrast. Layout fields are included in multilingual form copy, so review their translated text when the promotion uses more than one language.
