Instant Win overview
Learn how prizes, availability, winner experiences, codes, claims, and reporting work in Revup Instant Win.
An Instant Win promotion gives a participant an immediate result.
Revup controls the prize inventory and records each attempt so a prize is not awarded beyond its configured availability.
What you can build
Create experiences such as spin-to-win, scratch-off, or a form that accepts unique promotion codes. Customize the entry content, action button, winning result, losing result, prize description, and try-again experience.
Prize setup
For each prize, define the name, quantity, availability, and content shown to a winner. Review the total inventory and promotion dates together. If every prize has been awarded or is unavailable, later eligible attempts receive the configured non-winning result.
Unique codes
Instant Win can require a code before an attempt. Import the codes intended to produce winners and, when your experience needs them, separate losing codes. A code should be treated as a one-time credential and not published in public documentation or screenshots.
Winner and claim management
Winners appear in the promotion dashboard with the prize and attempt details. You can notify winners, collect claim information, manage deadlines, track fulfillment, and export winner data.
Fairness and rules
Your official rules should explain the entry method, promotion period, prize inventory, odds or winner determination method, code requirements, eligibility, and claim process. Confirm that the public experience matches those rules.
Test carefully
Use preview and staging data to review the winning and losing experiences. Avoid consuming production codes or prize inventory in an uncontrolled live test. Before launch, confirm the timezone, inventory, availability, security controls, and claim flow.
