Manage billing and subscription access
Understand plan access, read-only states, billing management, and profile capacity.
Open Account → Billing to review the current plan and use the available Stripe or Shopify billing management path.
An expired never-paid trial, failed payment, or inactive subscription can make editing and creation read-only while view access and billing management remain available. Restoring active billing restores the applicable entitlements after provider status is processed.
Plans also control profile capacity. Revup may continue storing new contacts while limiting which profiles are accessible. The Audience banner shows accessible and locked counts when the account is over its current capacity.
Contact support if the provider shows active payment but Revup access has not reconciled after a reasonable processing period.
