Resolve common Shopify order, entry, product-rule, placement, referral, and refund issues.
An order is missing:
allow Shopify propagation and import processing, then confirm store, promotion period, order identity, and supported transaction state.
Entries are unexpected:
review currency, qualifying spend, discounts, products, collections, customers, coupons, and the order ledger.
A storefront badge is missing:
confirm the promotion is active, the app embed or extension is published, and the product qualifies.
A referral award is missing:
verify the unique link, cart or checkout attribution, separate purchaser identity, qualifying order, and refund state.
A refund did not adjust entries:
allow reconciliation, inspect the ledger, then use authorized recalculation if needed.
