Understand winner pacing and prize exhaustion
Learn how prize availability affects when winners can be awarded and what happens when inventory runs out.
Prize quantity limits the total awards. Availability or pacing settings control when an otherwise eligible prize can be awarded during the promotion.
If no prize is available at an attempt, the participant receives the configured non-winning result. When all inventory is awarded, later attempts remain non-winning unless the rules and configuration provide another path.
Monitor awarded counts, not only submitted claims. A pending claim still represents an awarded prize. Before launch, model traffic spikes, timezones, code distribution, and the customer experience after exhaustion.
