Add Instant Win prizes and control availability

Configure prize quantities and availability without awarding more prizes than intended.

Prize inventory controls what Revup may award during an Instant Win promotion.

  1. Open Setup → Prizes.
  2. Add a public prize name and description.
  3. Enter the total quantity that may be awarded.
  4. Configure the available scheduling or pacing options.
  5. Add the winner-facing content and claim requirements.
  6. Save and review the total inventory across all prizes.

Prize quantity is a hard business commitment. Confirm it against the physical or digital inventory your team can fulfill. Do not use test attempts against live production inventory unless the results will be reconciled deliberately.

Revup records awarded counts separately from claims and fulfillment. A prize may be awarded even while the winner’s claim is pending. If availability ends or inventory is exhausted, later eligible attempts receive the non-winning experience.
