Instant Win games, codes, and attempts

Understand results and available chances without assuming a game guarantees a prize.

How does an Instant Win game work?

Complete the required entry steps and follow the game or code instructions. A wheel, scratch card, bottle, or mystery box reveals the result recorded for that attempt. The animation, scratching technique, or choice of box does not change a recorded prize outcome. Participation does not guarantee a win.

Do I need a code?

Some Instant Win promotions use entry codes; others use an on-page game. Follow the requirements shown for this promotion. Enter a code in its designated field, not in Revassist chat. A code can be subject to validity, use, timing, and availability conditions. A valid-looking code is not a promise of a prize.

Can I try again after not winning?

Only when the promotion offers another eligible chance. You may need to complete an available action, have a chance remaining, or wait for a cooldown. The page can explain when another attempt becomes available. No waiting period does not mean unlimited attempts. Refreshing or repeating the animation does not itself award a new chance.

Why is another attempt unavailable?

Possible reasons include no available chances, a waiting period, eligibility restrictions, a win limit, or prize availability. Follow the reason shown on your own participation page. Revassist cannot inspect your attempts, personal result, or remaining prize inventory and cannot select a reason on your behalf.

What should I do after a winning result?

Follow the result page and any claim instructions supplied by the sponsor. A potential win may require eligibility verification or a completed claim before fulfillment. Pay attention to the stated deadline. If the result or claim is unclear, contact the sponsor through the provided support channel. Never send identity documents or sensitive claim information in Revassist chat.
