Connect Klaviyo

Connect Klaviyo to a promotion, select a list, map fields, and verify a test participant.

  1. Open the promotion builder and select Integrations → Klaviyo.
  2. Choose Connect and authorize the intended Klaviyo account.
  3. Select the destination list.
  4. Map email and the other Revup fields you want to send.
  5. Review marketing-consent handling, save, and enable the integration.
  6. Submit a test participant and confirm the Klaviyo profile and list membership.

Use an existing Klaviyo field with a compatible type or let Revup create supported custom fields when offered. Connecting Klaviyo does not create consent; only send subscription status that matches what the participant agreed to.

If delivery fails, check that the connection is active, the list still exists, email is valid, and mapped fields accept the submitted values. Correct the cause before retrying the participant delivery.
