Send claim links, monitor responses and reminders, extend deadlines, and record fulfillment.
Open the winner record, verify the address and prize, then send the claim notification. Revup records each notification attempt and provides the winner-specific claim link.
Monitor pending and submitted status, reminders, deadline, review, and fulfillment. Resend only when needed. Extend a deadline only under an authorized process consistent with the rules.
After approving the claim and delivering the prize, mark it fulfilled. If the winner does not qualify or respond, use the supported disqualification and replacement workflow and retain the reason.
