Automate email and SMS with Flows

Build trigger-based follow-up journeys for eligible promotion and form activity.

Flows connect a trigger to waits, conditions, email, SMS, and other supported steps.

  1. Open the promotion’s Flows area.
  2. Choose a trigger such as form submitted, abandoned, referral completed, payment completed, winner drawn, contest event, Instant Win result, promotion lifecycle, or manual enrollment.
  3. Add conditions, waits, and messages.
  4. Configure frequency so one event does not create unintended repeated sends.
  5. Send tests, review merge tags, and activate only when ready.

Email requires a usable account sender; SMS requires supported phone data and consent. Test unsubscribe and suppression behavior. Purchase Sweepstakes currently does not expose standard promotion Flows.
