Forms overview
Learn what you can collect with Revup Forms and how submissions, payments, files, automations, and profiles work.
Revup Forms
Revup Forms collect information without requiring a prize or winner. Use them for lead capture, registrations, applications, payments, feedback, contact requests, and file collection.
Form-building features
- Contact fields such as email, name, phone, and address
- Text, choice, checkbox, date, consent, and other collection fields
- Star ratings, opinion scales, and ranking questions
- File uploads and signatures
- One-time or subscription payments through Stripe
- Headings, paragraphs, dividers, images, banners, and page breaks
- Required fields, help text, validation, and half- or full-width layouts
- Multi-page forms
Before and after submission
Customize the introduction, form title, instructions, buttons, and confirmation content. Post-submission actions can direct people to a website, invite sharing, distribute a coupon, or continue another engagement path.
You can also use Flows to send email or SMS after a submission, subject to your account’s sending setup and the recipient’s consent.
Partial and abandoned submissions
Revup can record that someone started but did not complete a form. When enough information is available, the person may be able to resume later. Reporting separates anonymous starts from contactable attempts and tracks recovered submissions.
Data and integrations
Each completed form creates a participant record and contributes to an Audience profile. You can send selected data to a supported marketing integration, review individual submissions, and export participant data.
Publishing options
Publish a Form as a hosted landing page, an inline website embed, or a popup. Preview the exact installation on desktop and mobile and complete a real test submission before launch.
