Search, filter, and export customer profiles

Open Audience to search by supported identity and use filters, sorting, and pagination to narrow the list. Open a profile to review contact information and the available promotion, activity, message, media, purchase, integration, and referral history.

Use the profile export action to download the available normalized contact and custom-field data. Related timelines and media are not necessarily included in the direct profile CSV.

Search results and profile availability depend on account permissions and plan capacity. Exports contain personal data; limit access and retention.
