Add and publish a sweepstakes leaderboard
Show participant rankings based on eligible entry totals while protecting participant information.
A leaderboard shows how participants rank based on eligible entry totals.
Use it when public competition supports the promotion and is consistent with your rules.
Configure the leaderboard
- Open the sweepstakes builder and go to Post-entry.
- Enable Leaderboard.
- Review the heading, explanatory text, visible columns, and participant-label format.
- Decide how much identity information may be shown.
- Save and preview the signed-in participant experience.
Publish it
Open Install and choose the available leaderboard placement. Revup can provide a standalone or embeddable leaderboard experience. Install it on the intended page and test it outside the builder preview.
Privacy and fairness
Use masked or limited participant identifiers rather than exposing full contact information. Explain whether ranking is informational or affects winner selection. A sweepstakes leaderboard does not turn a random drawing into a skill contest unless the official structure and rules say so.
Entry totals may change when bonus actions, referrals, payments, invalid entries, or administrative corrections are processed. Avoid promising that a displayed rank is final.
Test before sharing
- Check the empty state and populated state.
- Confirm ties and pagination display clearly.
- Test signed-in and anonymous views.
- Confirm mobile layout and embed height.
- Compare displayed totals with participant entry breakdowns.
- Verify the public identity format matches your privacy plan.
