Manage an authorized claim extension and record when a prize has been delivered.
Open the pending winner claim and choose the deadline action. Enter the approved new deadline and confirm reminders update. Extend consistently and only when the rules or authorized administration permit it.
After the claim is approved and the prize is delivered, record fulfillment with the available date or note. Fulfillment does not mean the same thing as selection, notification, or claim submission.
