## Send a winner their claim linkOpen the winner record, verify the address and prize, then send the claim notification. Revup records each notification attempt and provides the winner-specific claim link.Monitor pending and submitted status, reminders, deadline, review, and fulfillment. Resend only when needed. Extend a deadline only under an authorized process consistent with the rules.After approving the claim and delivering the prize, mark it fulfilled. If the winner does not qualify or respond, use the supported disqualification and replacement workflow and retain the reason.## Understand resends and delivery statusA resend rotates the private claim link, so an earlier link can stop working. Tell the winner to use the newest message. The default claim window is three days; check the actual deadline in the record.Sending can be blocked while an automated claim notification is pending or when recipient delivery restrictions apply. Correct the stated cause instead of repeatedly sending. Queued, accepted, delivered, opened, and clicked describe different parts of delivery; none of them proves the winner submitted the form.
