Manage account exports and activity logs

Review account-level exports, import history, and administrative activity records.

Review prepared exports and account activity

Use Account β†’ Exports to review background export status, download completed files before expiry, and remove an export only under your retention process. Participant imports and their row details appear in the corresponding account history.

Use Account β†’ Logs to review supported account and administrative events. Logs help establish who performed an action and when, but they do not replace provider records or the detailed participant, order, winner, or integration history.

Restrict access because exports and logs can contain sensitive operational or personal data.

Review Shopify customer data requests

Where available, Shopify Data Requests shows recent customer data requests for the account's connected or previously connected stores. Select a request to inspect its Stored Export and Data Export JSON. Access requires integration-view permission.

This screen is a review surface for stored requests, not a button to create a new privacy request. It lists up to 50 recent requests. Copying JSON creates another copy of personal data, so restrict where it is stored and shared. Follow your organization's response process rather than treating an export's existence as proof that the customer received a response.
