Understand winner pacing and prize exhaustion
Understand Scheduled Wins, daily limits, retry timing, and unawarded inventory.
Choose how prizes become available
Open Settings β Instant Win Prize Settings β Prize Allocation Method. Random Chance is the default allocation method. To spread opportunities over the promotion period, choose Scheduled Wins, then choose Prize distribution.
The promotion's Time Zone defines the period and daily boundaries. Changing dates, quantities, or distribution after launch changes which awards are due. Review the rules before doing so.
Availability is not a guaranteed winner count
A due prize is awarded only when an eligible attempt occurs. If there is no due prize, that attempt is non-winning. Low participation, participant limits, and the end of the entry period can leave prizes unawarded. Do not promise that scheduling alone will distribute every prize.
Prize inventory is separate from claim status. A pending claim already represents an awarded unit. Review awarded totals, not just fulfilled prizes.
Control repeat attempts and wins
How many times can a participant win? offers 1β5 wins or Unlimited times and defaults to 1. This limits wins; it does not grant extra attempts.
How soon can participants try again? accepts a waiting period in Minutes, Hours, or Days. The default of 0 allows an otherwise eligible retry immediately. For non-code games, bonus entries can supply additional chances. Participants still need unused chances, an available prize they have not already won, and room under their win limit. Winning Codes uses submitted codes instead of that bonus-chance balance.
Test the schedule
Use a separate test promotion with known dates and quantities. Review before-start, live, waiting, win-limit, and exhausted states. Compare recorded awards with inventory. Test previews separately: previewing a prize is for checking the experience and does not prove live allocation.
