Design a promotion with themes and brand settings
Configure images, theme colors, typography, and form layout.
Set your images
Open Design β Images. Logo appears separately from Main Images. Resize the logo with its slider. Main Images can contain multiple images; drag them into order and choose Above Form or Below Form. Use Page Background for the outside page and Form Background for the form itself.
Removing an image changes that promotion's presentation. Check each public placement after changing an image, especially where an embedded form has less space than the hosted page.
Choose and customize a theme
Under Theme β Preset Themes, select a preset or an available account/custom theme. Use Colors for the theme's text, background, field, and button colors. A theme supplies a starting point; changing it can change multiple style choices together.
Use Save Custom Theme and a Theme Name when you want to reuse your design. Claim-form builders have a reduced theme selection and do not offer the normal account custom-theme workflow.
Adjust type and layout
Typography provides Font Family, Heading Font Size, Sub-Heading & General Text Font Size, Field Label Font Size, Field Font Size, and Post-Entry Font Size. Right to Left (RTL) changes reading direction; it does not translate your text.
Layout provides:
- Form Width: the form's available width within its placement.
- Line Height: spacing between lines of text.
- Border Radius and Border Thickness: the shape and weight of form controls.
- Form Padding: space inside the form container.
- Field Height: the height of ordinary inputs.
- Shadow Intensity: the strength of the form's shadow.
A field's individual width is a separate Advanced setting in its Form card. Test side-by-side fields on mobile even when the overall Form Width looks correct on desktop.
Verify the participant experience
Check the form, validation errors, post-entry content, and any gallery or game. Use long labels and real image proportions. Keep text readable, colors sufficiently distinct, and buttons easy to use on a small screen. Test the actual host page after changing an embed's width or background.
Use Custom CSS only for styling the built-in controls cannot express. Retest those rules after changing a theme.
