Extend a claim deadline and mark fulfillment

Extend an eligible pending claim

In the winner's claim actions, choose Extend deadline and review the confirmation. Only pending claims can be extended. For drawing winners, the winner must still be active or eligible for the no-response restoration path; replaced or disqualified winners cannot use an extension to reclaim an occupied prize.

The standard extension adds three days from the later of the existing deadline or now. Check the resulting deadline and reminder state. Use extensions consistently with the official rules and your authorized administration process.

Record delivery separately from submission

Choose View response to review the completed form and required documents. After the prize is delivered, choose Mark fulfilled. Revup requires a submitted claim before fulfillment. Replaced winners cannot be fulfilled, and a completed fulfillment cannot be recorded twice.

Revup records the fulfillment time and administrator. This is not a freeform delivery-date or note editor. For Instant Win, the associated prize-claim lifecycle is updated too. Selection, notification, claim submission, and fulfillment remain separate stages.
