Review profile activity, messages, media, and referrals

Review the person's activity across promotions

Open Profiles, select a person, and review the available activity, promotions, messages, media, purchase, referral, and integration sections. Each section reflects data held in the active account and accessible under your permissions and profile capacity.

Use the source promotion and timestamp to understand an event. A participant is a record in one promotion; a profile connects known records across the account. Similar contact details do not by themselves prove two people are the same.

Interpret Message History carefully

Review channel, recipient, delivery status, and message details where available. A queued message is not a delivered message, and delivery is not proof that a person read or consented to it. Check the underlying participant and consent record before taking action.

The profile's Export Profile CSV contains contact details and custom-field values, not all of these timelines. Use the corresponding promotion export for participant data. Restrict access to message bodies, media, and private participant links.
