Troubleshoot Revup form validation, submissions, file uploads, payments, embeds, and integrations to identify why a form is not working as expected.

Resolve common submission issues

A form will not submit: review required fields, validation, CAPTCHA, payment confirmation, upload status, entry limits, and browser errors.

An embed is cut off: test the live page, remove fixed container heights, and check theme or consent scripts.

A payment succeeded but the page did not finish: verify the Stripe result and participant record before asking the person to pay again.

An upload is missing: allow processing to complete and check format, size, interruption, and the participant detail.

An integration did not receive data: open delivery detail, fix the connection or mapping, then retry.
