Accept payments through a form

Connect the account that will receive payments

Open Form → Form Fields and add Payment where the promotion type supports it. Payment is unavailable for Instant Win and winner claim forms. Under Stripe Account, select Connect Stripe and confirm the intended account.

This connection collects participant payments. It is separate from your Revup subscription billing and from Shopify orders in a Purchase Sweepstakes.

Add payment options

Under Add Payment Option, set the entries, Entries For label, price, and Payment Type, then select Add. The initial row offers 1 entry for $1 and Once. Available intervals are Once, Monthly, Yearly, Weekly, and Daily.

Payments use USD, with a minimum price of $0.50. This editor does not offer a currency selector. Add the options you intend to offer, drag saved options into order, and remove unused ones. Saved amount and entry values are not ordinary editable text; create the correct option instead of changing only its visible label.

Required Field controls whether payment is required. The payment step follows the other form fields. Explain any optional skip path clearly. A submitted participant record or an opened checkout is not proof of successful payment.

Explain recurring commitments

State the amount and billing interval beside recurring options. Explain cancellation, refunds, receipts, and your customer-support contact. Use Stripe for payment, subscription, dispute, and payout administration. Ending a promotion is not a substitute for managing a recurring subscription in Stripe.

Revup records confirmed one-time payments and paid subscription invoices through Stripe's payment results. Check the participant's payment status and entry breakdown before relying on the award.

Test the complete payment path

Use the configured Stripe test environment and dedicated staging contacts. Test a successful payment, declined payment, abandoned checkout, optional skip if enabled, and the intended recurring interval. Confirm both Stripe and Revup records, mobile authentication, and displayed pricing before sharing the form.
