Manage your personal profile and sign-in security

Update your profile, password, two-factor authentication, and trusted browsers.

Separate your profile from company settings

Open your user settings. Profile Details contains Avatar, Full Name, and Company. Save with Save Changes. These personal details are separate from the active account's company logo, brand profile, and Company URL.

Change email or password

Under Security β†’ Sign-in Method, email/password users can change their email by entering the new address and confirming their current password. The new address must be valid and available.

To change a password, enter Current Password, New Password, and Confirm New Password. Passwords require at least 10 characters, including a letter, number, and symbol. A successful password change revokes trusted browsers and other sessions while restoring the current signed-in session.

Users who sign in through Google or Shopify have different sign-in controls. Use the configured sign-in method; changing company contact details does not change your login identity.

Use two-factor authentication

Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and follow the authenticator setup. Enter the six-digit code to finish. Keep access to your authenticator; a password alone will no longer complete a new untrusted sign-in.

Trusting a browser remembers it for 30 days. Use this only on a device you control. Forget all trusted browsers requires confirmation and makes previously trusted browsers require an authentication code again. It does not disable 2FA.

Disabling 2FA also requires an authentication code. If your team requires 2FA for account access, disabling it can prevent you from continuing into that account. Test a fresh browser sign-in after setup before ending your existing session.
