Search, filter, and export customer profiles

Find a person in Profiles

Select Profiles in the main sidebar. Search using Search by name, email, or phone. Use Filters to narrow the available contact and date criteria, then Reset all to remove those filters. Sorting and paging change which matching profiles are visible.

Open a person to see their profile. A profile brings together known activity across the active account; a participant record belongs to one promotion. Check the source promotion and identifiers before treating two records as the same person.

Export one profile

Open the profile's actions menu and choose Export Profile. This direct CSV contains normalized profile details and custom-field values. It does not include the related activity, message, referral, media, or integration timelines. Use the relevant promotion export when you need participant rows instead.

Understand access and capacity

The profile list and actions depend on account permissions. When the account exceeds its profile capacity, Revup continues collecting new profiles but locks the most recent profiles beyond the allowance. The banner shows the accessible and locked counts. A missing accessible result does not necessarily mean the data was never collected.

Profile exports contain personal data. Keep them in an approved location with limited access and a retention period. Before sharing a file, check that it is for the correct person and account.
