Add Instant Win prizes and control availability
Set prize quantities, allocation, and winner-facing details.
Add the prizes you can fulfill
In an Instant Win promotion, open Settings β Instant Win Prizes and select Add Instant Win Prize. A new promotion does not automatically contain an awardable prize.
For each prize, enter Prize Name, Prize Description, Winners, and Value Per Prize with the correct currency. Add a Prize Image when it helps identify the reward. Winners is the available quantity, not a count of completed claim forms. Finish the required prize details before using it in allocation or rules.
A promotion can also contain separate drawing prizes. Keep the Instant Win Prizes inventory distinct from the ordinary Prizes section for later drawings.
Choose an allocation method
Under Instant Win Prize Settings, Prize Allocation Method offers:
- Random Chance: configure Odds of Winning on each prize as a one-in-N chance. Prize checks are performed in a shuffled order and stop after a successful award. With multiple prizes, do not add denominators together or infer overall odds from the visible wheel slices.
- Scheduled Wins: uses the promotion dates and Prize distribution to release award opportunities over time.
- Winning Codes: matches codes attached to a prize, subject to their allowed uses, inventory, and participant limits.
The number and size of visual wheel segments do not determine probability. Even when a code or random check matches, Revup cannot award an exhausted prize.
Separate awarding from claiming
An award reduces available inventory even while its claim is pending. Review awards in Winners and use the claim workflow for verification and fulfillment. A submitted claim and a fulfilled prize are different stages.
Use the prize's Preview Prize control after saving its name to check winner-facing appearance. Test entries do not award real prizes. Validate actual allocation with dedicated staging data and reconcile any awards created by that test.
Before sharing the promotion, compare names, quantities, values, allocation, participant win limits, claim deadlines, and fulfillment instructions with your official rules.
