Go to Account → Integrations to review connection status and the promotions using each account. Use Reconnect when authorization expired or permissions changed, and authorize the same intended provider account.

Before disconnecting, identify every promotion using the connection. Disconnecting can stop future deliveries across those promotions; it does not remove data already sent to the provider.

After reconnecting, submit a test participant and verify destination delivery before retrying earlier failures.
