Collect the required permission first

Add a primary Phone field and an SMS Consent field to the promotion. Attentive delivery requires a phone number and an SMS Consent field that the participant checked. Without that explicit consent, Revup skips the subscription request. Rules acceptance and email consent are different permissions.

Connect and configure

Open Integrations → Attentive, authorize the intended account, and enter the required Sign-Up Source ID from your Attentive setup. Review the field mappings, especially phone and any optional email.

Enable single opt-in is off by default. This option changes the subscription request sent to Attentive; it does not replace the requirement to collect SMS consent in Revup. Use wording and a sign-up source appropriate to your messaging program.

Submit a staging entry with consent, then one without it. Confirm the expected subscription and skipped-delivery behavior. Check phone country information, source ID, authorization, and the participant delivery response before retrying a failure.
