Add and publish a sweepstakes leaderboard
Show participant rankings based on eligible entry totals while protecting participant information.
Choose what determines rank
In a Sweepstakes / Giveaway, open Post-Entry β Leaderboard and enable it. The leaderboard is off by default. It is not available in Forms, Contests, Instant Win, or Purchase Sweepstakes.
Set Number of Participants to Show from 1 to 500; the default is 10. Choose Rank By β Total Entries (default) or Referral Count. These measure different activity. Rankings do not automatically select winners or change the promotion's drawing method.
Publish and check privacy
Use Share for the standalone or embedded leaderboard placement, or review it in the participant's post-entry experience. Install the supplied code on the intended host page and test it outside the builder.
The standalone public leaderboard uses first name and last initial when available, with a generic participant label when a first name is unavailable. The signed-in post-entry experience can use contact-based fallbacks according to the form fields. There is no general visible-columns or name-format selector in these settings. Check the actual output against your privacy notice before enabling it.
Totals can change as referrals, bonus actions, payments, or administrative corrections are processed. Do not promise a displayed rank is final.
Test empty and populated states, each ranking mode, the chosen participant count, mobile layout, signed-in and public views, and the disabled state. Compare displayed totals with participant records.
