Use upload and signature fields for applications, supporting documents, releases, and other workflows that require more than text.

1. Open Pre-entry → Form Fields.
2. Add a file-upload or signature field.
3. Write a specific label and explain accepted content.
4. Configure required status and available file restrictions.
5. Add consent or acknowledgement language when necessary.
6. Test from mobile and desktop.

Tell participants the expected file type, practical size, number of files, image or document quality, and whether sensitive information should be removed.

Uploads may continue processing after the form action begins. Review the participant or submission detail to confirm the final stored file is available. Restrict downloads to authorized team members and do not collect identity, financial, health, or legal documents unless your approved process genuinely requires them.

Typed or drawn signatures are not automatically appropriate for every legal purpose. Confirm the required signature method and recordkeeping with qualified guidance.
