Work with prize drawings, existing winner records, eligibility, alternates, and lifecycle status.
Choose the appropriate winner workflow
Open Winners to run an eligible drawing or review winners created by a contest or Instant Win result. Confirm the promotion is closed, test participants are invalid, prize counts are correct, and the user has winner permission.
Selection begins the winner lifecycle; it does not complete verification. Review eligibility, send the claim when required, track deadlines, and use supported disqualify, replace, or fulfillment actions.
Keep inactive, expired, disqualified, and replaced rows as part of the historical record. Follow the alternate method in the official rules rather than rerunning a drawing informally.
